On my property tax statement it is labeled "estimate market value". If you don't have that statement in hand, you may be able to find it online. In the state I live in, maybe in every state, such information is public information. So I went to the county's website looking for real estate taxes and used their search engine to find the property and the history of value and taxation recorded for it.
