As an individual, you are not required to issue a form 1098 to your daughter. She can still deduct the mortgage interest on her return without a form 1098.
As for you, you should report the interest income on your tax return as if you had received a form 1099-INT from a bank.
- In TurboTax, open your tax return
- Click on Federal Taxes, then on Wages & Income on top of the screen
- On the next scree, click on I'll choose what I work on
- Scroll down to All Income, locate the section Interest and Dividends
- Click Start next to Interest on 1099-INT (see attached screenshot).
