We provided receipts and information about child care provider to employer. We were reimbursed through FSA. Now the maximum $5000 shows as a FSA on taxes. When entering in turbotax we are asked again for the child care providers personal information. I do not want to contact her again and ask her to give me this over the phone because I personally would not be ok with giving my social over the phone. I thought since everything had been verified we could just put it in our taxes and be done with it. Do I really need to harass her again for her social to enter in into turbotax?
