Go back into your tax return (if you can't get in click on ADD A STATE)
Then take the following steps:
- Click Federal
- Deductions and Credits
- Scroll down to EITC click Revisit
- Walk through the questions until you get to Do any of these uncommon situations apply
- Check "I got a letter/notice from the IRS telling me to fill out an 8862 (see screenshot attached)
- Walk through the rest of the questions, and it will lead you to fill out the form.
- You can then print by going to Tax Tools>>>Print Center
- Then you will just print and mail to the address provided in your letter
