This is a carryover from somewhere else or from a K1, maybe?  You definitely don't want to file with a phantom credit that is showing up from somewhere.  If you go all the way through the filing process up to where you are going to file the return you will be able to view a pdf of the tax return BEFORE you file it.  You can review what it is telling the IRS that the credit is for and then go back and adjust that entry.
