If you are using TurboTax Desktop if lines you should be able to file after following the steps below.
TurboTax Desktop: I advise to follow the steps below, then file your return.
- Go to Forms and review the Form 5695
- In Forms, change the answers from No to Yes on line 17a, b & c. Then click the box in 17d and/or 21a & b.
- After making these changes, I went back to Step-by-Step to again do the Federal Review.
