I am using the Mac desktop version of 2024 turbotax and am having the same problem with Form 5695. When asked to calculate the energy credit by multiplying the cost of my heat pump water heater by .30. Instead of $1373.70 the program stays at 0 and no credit is allowed. I can override but then can not electronically file. Is this a known problem with Form 5965? I have updated turbotax and also deleted the form and filled it out again with no change. What do I do?
