1. Click on the Deductions & Credits section
2. Select Deductions and credits summary
3. Expand the 'Medical' section
4. HSA and MSA contributions displays and the button says 'Revisit. Click on this button
5. Proceed to follow the prompts. Below are the prompts and my answers:
Select the health-related accounts you had in 2025 [I selected Health Savings Account (HSA)]
Did you use your Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for anything in 2025? [No]
Was Mike covered by a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) in 2025? [Yes]
Do any of these situations apply to Mike? [Did not select any options]
What type of HDHP coverage did Mike have during 2025? [ covered by a Self only plan every month of the year]
