Hello BillM223, I would like to resolve this issue and finish my taxes, but I have a question. Will I be billed for all my questions and for the phone call to the Turbo Tax Support number? It seems I should not, because the software is not intuitive. Please let me know. If there is no charge, then I will most likely call the Turbo Tax Support number later today or tomorrow.
