Please try this, since we now know you have TurboTax Desktop.
At the top, click on Tools, then click on Topic List. Then scroll down to Deductions & Credits->Medical->Archer MSA/Health Savings Accounts (Form 1099-SA) and click on this.
This should take you to the first screen of the HSA Interview, where you enter the health-related accounts that you have (like the HSA). Be sure that you have checked that at least one of you has an HSA.
The next screen might read "1099-SA Summary". You can just hit Continue.
One more thing...is it possible you are confusing the "1099-SA Summary" with the "Your HSA Summary" (which is the end of the HSA interview)?
If you still can't find the "Let's enter Shelley's HSA contributions" screen, then please give us the title lines of the screens that you do see, starting with "Select the health-related accounts you had in 2025".
