I use Desktop/Windows, and I file online. This software will not let me go back to the place where I can add my personal HSA contributions (so called HSA Interview). Seems like if you've been through the pages once, it will not allow you to go through this "HSA Interview" again, in its entirety. This is so frustrating. Why is this software so user UNFRIENDLY? I am following all your instructions to go back through the HSA Contributions and there is NO page that indicates to enter your personal contributions to HSA. I'm sorry this software really sucks. If you can have a consultant contact me and we can walk through on the phone I can share screen and show there is NO page to enter my personal HSA Contributions. I am totally frustrated not having a good experience with Turbo Tax.
