First, please tell the the info in boxes 1, 2, and 3 on the two 1099-SA forms and dates (months/year is OK) in which you requested them.
Second, for each 1099-SA, how did you answer the question "Did [name] have excess contributions deducted from their wages?" Yes or No?
Third, can you give me all the non-zero values on your HSA summary at the end of the HSA interview?
