Sorry, you can't. When Congress updated the credit in 2022, they required a qualifying number beginning in 2025. The reason was probably to cut down on fraud and/or people claiming credits for property items that did not actually comply with the standards. (Any new door doesn't qualify, only doors that exceed certain requirements.). If the manufacturer did not register with the IRS and get a QMID, they are not a "qualified" manufacturer and you can't claim the credit.
