In TurboTax, whenever possible, make your entries in the interview (the Step-by-Step) rather than in Forms mode. This is what the message is referring to.
In the HSA interview, go back to the "Do any of these situations apply to [name]?" screen and mark that you had Medicare (as it sounds like you did). Then continue to the next screen and check the box for "[name] had different plan types at different times of the year".
On the next screen, you will have the opportunity to indicate Family or Medicare/None for each month of the year.
Now the Line 3 entries on form 8889-T will be correct, and you will no longer see the error message about the override in the Review.
This rule of entering in Step-by-Step rather than in Forms mode (when possible) is valid everywhere in TurboTax.
