This helped zero for me as well. THere are some other threads that mention same issue, so we're not alone. I am not ready to efile yet, but won't attempt it until this error that pops up on the state review has a satisfactory resolution, by reasonable work-around or SW update, in a reasonable timeframe. This didn't occur last year.
