My child is 16 years old- and full-time student. He worked on the weekends in 2025. We fully provided his support. He earned $8000 in wages.
Can we claim him as a dependent on our income tax return? and do we need to report his earned income in our income tax return? Or is he required to file his own return if we claim him as a dependent?
Please help...
