Yes, you can do this in TurboTax Desktop now. After you enter your W-2, TurboTax asks if your Box 1 included 'tips not reported on W-2'. Then you can enter the amount your Unreported Tips from your last pay stub. There's a few more questions after that. Keep going until you see the amount of your tips deduction.
