Is Form 5695 looping for other users? For three days I have been stuck on '1 detail to review' for this form and even though I fill out the address, it loops back.

I've filled out the address in both the fields at the top of the screen and in the window with the form visible. I've tried just answering at the top prompt, just int he window, and in both but I continue to loop back saying the address is blank. I've also tried a different browser and clearing cache/cookies/browsing history. Thank you!
