It appears the software pulled incorrect information from the previous year return (that was completed in H & R Block) placing it on the carryover worksheet under line 11a. I have verified the information from both my 2023 return and 2024 tax documents and don't know where the software pulled that data from. There should have been no excess contribution to carryover.
