Filing an amended return while an original return is in process with the IRS may cause further
complications and additional delays. The IRS is reporting that it is currently taking up to 16 weeks to process an amended return.
To clarify - did TurboTax report that your return was successfully e-filed and received by IRS? How were you notified of the IRS review?
