TurboTax credibility is falling with their incorrect messaging that HOME ENERGY CREDITS is functional when it is not. Why is this being done? Be honest and say when it will be fully functional or drive us to use another software provider. Cleary transparent customer service is not a high priority anymore at TurboTax - or please prove me wrong.
