So surprisingly, I received a phone call from CEO's office in response to my email.
Other than usual BLAH BLAH we love our customers, my understanding is that someone in the C-Suite just does not want this app to live. They are allegedly collecting customer feedback, but made it sound like decision has been made. I have not checked if someone has yet, but we should start a petition on Change.org
