Your question is very unclear.

 

If you claimed a refund (for any reason) and it has not been paid yet, check the IRS web site.  There are many reasons a tax refund may be delayed, and no one on this board can help you with that, it's between you and the IRS.

If you received your refund but it is less than expected, first remember that your federal and state refunds are paid separately by separate governments.  You might get one while the other is delayed.

 

If you received your IRS refund but it was reduced, you will get a letter of explanation, usually 3-4 weeks after the refund is paid.  Wait for the letter to see what they say.

 

If you received a reduced refund and you got your letter, what does it say exactly?  There are several reasons a dependent claim might be rejected, we need to know the reasons before we can give any advice.
