When you enter the 1095-A into TurboTax it will ask if you share the policy with someone else.  You will answer 'yes' and enter that you share the policy 50/50 with your ex and only half of the amounts on the 1095-A will be entered onto your return.  

 

You may not be able to e-file the return with that change on there.  When you sign up with covered California one of the things you are required to agree to is to not file married-filing-separately.  They make exceptions but they don't always allow you to file electronically if they do.  So if your return is rejected then just print it out and mail it in.
