You still don't understand the question. When you arrive at the TT page for filing it asks a series of questions in order to proceed. WHICH ONE DO I SELECT? How can I file the return FIRST without selecting an option. There is no: file now, pay later option.
Thanks for your help . . . but you are a little late considering today is "tax day". I already opted to choose create a payment plan and moved forward with that.
