replacing lawn with artificial turf in residential rental property
As the subject states, our tenant was failing at the upkeep in lawn care in our residential rental property. He asked if we were willing to replace our grass in both the front and backyard with artificial turf, which we agreed to. Is that considered a tax deduction? If so, would it be considered an asset? Appreciate the advice. Thank you.
