Just to be clear, my response was about a donor-advised fund at Schwab. It was not about a non-grantor trust with an account at Schwab (or with Schwab as a trustee).
Don't worry about it. I doubt anyone will look at the address. I bet they just collect that info in case they find a particular tax shelter like scam / fraud so they can find all those who used it. For a legitimate charity like Schwab's DAF, you won't have any problem.
By all means, get it as right as you can. Just be ready to show your donation receipts/records if asked about it (as with each and every deduction).
Note that Schwab Charitable changed its name recently, and maybe its address. I wouldn't suggest amending if you used the old name/address and already filed. If you haven't filed, then by all means, use the new info:
