It sounds like there may be a blank 1098, either from prior years or created in error causing theses questions.
Here is how to fix this in TurboTax Online:
- Go to Federal > Deductions & Credits > Mortgage Interest and Refinancing (Form 1098)> Add/Edit
- Delete any 1098s
