Form 8962 isn’t supported in TurboTax Online Free or TurboTax Live Basic. However, we'll provide a service code for customers who have already filed and received an IRS notice.
Explain that the customer originally filed in TurboTax Online Free or TurboTax Live Basic and upgraded to TurboTax Online Deluxe or TurboTax Live Deluxe to get Form 8962.
