To remove a vehicle purchase from sales tax in TurboTax using the "easy" option, follow these steps:
- Open or continue your return.
- Navigate to the sales tax section:
- TurboTax Online/Mobile: Go to sales tax. or go to magnifying glass at top right of screen and search for sales tax and select the Jump to link.
- Select continue with Sales Tax
- Then select Easy Guide
- Continue through until you see major purchases - you then should be able to edit or delete the vehicle.
