HAving a W2 with box for statutory employee checked and filled out sched c exp

I have just about completed my return and was going through the error check and I am confused by the error message 

I have manually input my W2 and checked box for statutory employee and put in the income and it was brought over into my sched c i believe and i entered all my business expenses yet now the error message looks confusing and wants me to delink or whatever yet when i print out a prelim copy of my return it does not show the income on line one and correctly shows the net amount on sched 1 line 

what am i doing wrong  should i ignore the error message ?
