Unfortunately, having access to insurance through your spouse's employer almost always disqualifies the Self Employed Health Insurance deduction.
I said "almost" always because in the extremely unlikely event the employer paid nothing for your spouse's insurance (your spouse pays 100% of the cost), then you could qualify for the Self Employed Health Insurance deduction.
