Publication 108 confirms that IL who own primary residence in IL are eligible for a property tax credit (5% of the amount paid) as long as their income is in the correct range. 250K or less for Single, 500K for Married. 2024 Schedule ICR should be available to complete the tax amount paid, property tax number, etc. and I have not been able access this to accurately complete my return. Appreciate any help to fix this issue.
