You most likely do not need to enter the 1098-T at all.   The $60 would be taxable income to your daughter, not to you, if she were required to file a return.  

If she's not otherwise required to file a return, you can ignore the 1098-T.  If she is filing a return (for part-time work or interest/dividend income) then add the document to her return.
