(a) You entered with F-1 in 2019 ( August/Sept ). Thus ,and assuming no contravening facts, you would have been on exempt status till 12/31/2023. So you started counting days present ( for SPT) from 01/01/2024. This would mean that for 2024 you were a resident for tax purposes --- see -->
Residency starting date under the substantial presence test
If you meet the substantial presence test for a calendar year, your residency starting date is generally the first day you are present in the United States during that calendar year.

Thus you are a Resident for Tax purposes for the whole of 2024.
