Similar situation - bought home May 15, 2024. First mortgage held until 6/28/24, then sold 2x thru November '24. The first mortgage company sold & closed out business. Been trying thru phone calls, text & emails since Feb 26, 2025 to obtain 1098 to cover this 6 week timeframe. As of today, 3/21/25, still not received. The IRS suggestion doesn't show the information I require either. Any suggestions?
