Medicare premium deduction paid out of my pocket

I was forced to sign up for Medicare because my employer's coverage was not creditable.  I had to cancel my employers coverage to do this and sign up with Medicare within 90 days or face getting a 10% levy each year I DID NOT sign up because of the lack of 'CREDITABLE' employer insurance.

Turbo tax is only offering 3 choices 1) is as if I purchased insurance on the health care market which is NOT TRUE 2) Health Savings account - NO  4) Medical Savings account - NO  5) Medicare Advantage MSA - NOT that either.

I PAY OUT OF MY POCKET.  I am not collecting SS yet so it is not deducted from SS, it is deducted from my checking.

I also have a GAP plan separately that lowers my co-pays etc.  But apparently that is not deductible.

How do I try to claim at least the Medicare portion?  There are so many loop holes,  It just isn't fair to not be able to get a deduction.  And I feel like it's not fair the GAP plan isn't deductible at all.
