Thanks for your response. The two 1099s issued were for termite tenting and for the architectural planner to make plans. Neither were incorporated. I guess those would be expenses.
We also did foundation repairs, new piers and leveling. They were incorporated so I did not issue a 1099. That is something I planned to only include in the cost basis for 2025.
Does that all sound correct?
