Thanks for reply. I verified VIV and resubmitted and was rejected again, I did reach out to dealer and they tried to enter VIN, but it was rejected. The error message said sale date could be no more than 5 days prior and my sle was over 13 months ago. I think they had no idea entering on IRS portal was required for buyers claiming later on their personal tax return. In fact, that is how I claimed on my previous EV purchase back in 2018.
i guess I could paper file, but there is no guarantee it won’t be rejected again. I’m worried I will have to sue the dealer for the money. Thanks again.
