Trouble connecting to Its Deductible.

I keep getting this error message when attempting to download my Its Deductible data: 

"There was a connection problem.

Please check your Internet connection. This problem could be caused by intermittent or limited Internet service. Make sure your wireless connection is working or your network cable is plugged in.

If you are unable to reach the site, you can call 
1-800-4-INTUIT (select the option for TurboTax when prompted)."

My internet connection is working properly without interruptions.  How can I fix the problem?  Thank you for your help.
