Will I receive my 2016 tax return if my child has returned home, but I still owe 14,000 in arrears. My child support was reduced to 5.77 a week now.
I was just notified that my weekly child support was reduced to only 5.77 a week from 65.00 a week. Will I receive my 2016 tax return?
