We can clear the seller finance entry by doing a Topic Search.
Select Tax Tools
- This is on the left sidebar
- You may have to minimize the Federal and State options
- You also may have to scroll down on that menu
- Once you can work on Tax Tools
- On the drop-down select Tools
- There will be 3 or 4 green boxes
- Select Topics Search
- Type seller
- Seller Financed Interest will show
- Click [Go]
- Delete any seller records using the Garbage Can
- Continue to the end
The Seller Financed Income is cleared.
