I have tested the scenario in TurboTax, and change the answer to yes to medical expenses, the ability to enter medical expenses is there. Try these steps in TurboTax:
- Open TurboTax
- Go to Medical
- Click Revisit All under Medical
- Correct Medical Expense to Yes
If you still can't access medical expenses and your software is stating it is up-to-date, try manually updating your software. Use this link to manual update TurboTax Desktop:
