Directions on the Louisiana State Tax Form say to attach Form R-10614 in order to receive the relevant tax credit. When finalizing the submission, I did not see any option to attach a form. Please help! I do not want to file and pay the extra state tax filing fee if I’m not able to do this! Last year I didn’t get the credit bc of this lack of continuity with TurboTax.
