I did not get an EV or clean tax credit when I purchased my vehicle, so I can I claim for it on my 2024 taxes

Also I purchased a EV charging adapter that cost over $800, How can I claim for that? The car dealership did not discount my US made EV with a tax credit. How can I claim the EV or Clean Vehicle credit?
