It depends how your information may have entered in your return.  If your 1099 R's were imported, there may have been an import error.  Here are a few steps you can try to resolve it:

 

  1. Check 1099-R Entries: One of your 1099-R forms might have a box checked indicating foreign income. Review each 1099-R entry to ensure none of them mistakenly indicate foreign income.
  2. Address Type: Make sure the address type for your 1099-R entries is set to "US address" and not "Foreign address".
  3. Re-enter Information: If you can't identify the problematic 1099-R, try deleting all 1099-R entries and re-entering them manually.
