Were you depreciating 100% of the panels (minus the Basis reduction for receiving the tax credit)? If so, (1) you need to report the FULL amount of electric production that the panels produce, not merely the "net" amount after you use it for your personal home, and (2) Form 5695 was the wrong form; you should have use Form 3468.
