If that didn't work, you will have to delete your state return in TurboTax Online and start it again. To do this:
- Open your return.
- Select State Taxes from Tax Home.
- On the Status of your state returns screen
- Select the trashcan icon next to your state
- Select Delete
- Select Start Over next to your state return on the Status of your state returns screen
After you restart it the program should ask for your medical expenses. Please reach out if your issue continues.
