Deductions & credits

You need to report your medical reimbursement as income up to the amount that you deducted on your 2023 tax return.  So you'll need to look at your schedule A for 2023 at line 4 and see what the amount is.  If it is greater than $2000 then you will enter the full amount of reimbursement as miscellaneous income.  If it is less than $2000 then you will need to enter that amount from line 4 as miscellaneous income.

Either way, in TurboTax you will scroll down all the way to the bottom of the wages and income section and get to 'Less Common Income'.  The last entry there is 'Miscellaneous Income'.  Click start next to that.

On the next screen scroll down to 'Reimbursed Deductions from a Prior Year'.  Click start there and follow the prompts to enter your income.
