Can't get to 'secure store' to pay for state e-file and get refund; any mac experts know solution?
Over 4 hours with phone support, no one knows answer and no one keeps the case number open to investigate further. Turbotax is not playing well with my Mac, keep getting 'slight snag' message on way to paying. Support even took my credit card info and billed me and couldn't allow me to file. They have no resolution and no estimate of when/if there will be resolution. And my case number is 'closed' every evening, so no continuity.
Looking on these boards, this issue happens to people every year. Anybody that knows Mac's know what's going on, how to deal with it?
Or how to take the turbotax file and e-file directly to CA state as they do allow that, just not sure what format or what is needed to transmit.
